Behavior issues with children and teens, Child/ Parent relations, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Marital issues, Spectrum Disorders, transitional events such as moves, divorce, grief, Traumatic Brain Injuries and Business related issues causing undue stress to employees or management.
Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art Therapy from Albertus Magnus College in 2011. She also completed work toward her Masters of Arts in Art Therapy from Albertus Magnus College before transferring to Union Institute & University Clinical Psychology program in 2012. She is currently in her last term and will complete her degree requirements as of March of 2015. Stephanie also received her Certification in Hypnotherapy by The Shoreline Center for Hypnosis in 2013. Stephanie has reached “Per-licensed Statius” which is similar to Christopher S. Carlin Owner of ASD Services and licenses clinical social worker.
Stephanie has interned at High Hopes Therapeutic Riding in Old Lyme, Connecticut, piloting a program for young male adolescents with behavior issues in which both horseback riding and art therapy were employed to assist in controlling anger issues and reception to authority and direction. She completed her graduate level internship at the Cove Center for Grieving Children, and Camp Erin where she continues to volunteer working with families who have lost loved ones. She is the Owner of Artistic Healings located in Guilford and Milford CT.
Stephanie seeks to build authentic, caring relationships that are full of trust. Also she hopes to assist others see the beauty in imperfections and value who they are. Thus allowing them to bring more light to the rest of the world
